Formerly known as the Children’s Home of Bradford, Beacon Light was founded in 1903 to provide care to children abandoned or orphaned by the early oil and lumber industries. Today, Beacon Light provides
behavioral health care services to thousands of adults and children across 20 counties in Pennsylvania.
The 1903 Founders Society celebrates our humble beginnings and honors those visionary individuals who have included Beacon Light in their plans to ensure the work of our important mission.
